How to Make Blueberry Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • Yogurt (I used Greek)
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Granola
  • Dark chocolate
spatula spreading yogurt onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Spread yogurt on lined sheet
blueberries sprinkled on yogurt spread on baking sheet
Add fruit
blueberries and granolas sprinkled on a layer of yogurt spread on cookie sheet
Add granola
chocolate being drizzled on yogurt spread over baking sheet
Drizzle with chocolate

Directions

Line baking sheet with parchment paper (make sure the baking sheet will fit in your freezer!) Spread yogurt evenly across baking sheet. Sprinkle on blueberries and granola being sure to cover evenly. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave until liquid and then drizzle across surface. Place in freezer and chill until frozen through (approx. 3 hours) Remove from freezer and break into pieces. Enjoy as a delicious frozen treat!

Tips for making yogurt bark

  • Use full fat yogurt for the best texture (creamier) and taste. I used vanilla flavor but you could use your favorite flavor and experiment with combinations.
  • Don’t skip lining the tray with parchment or waxed paper before making your bark. If you make it directly on the tray it will be very difficult to remove.
  • Store bark in an airtight container or zip loc bag in freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Use your favorite ingredients! Try a variety of fruits, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, honey, caramel drizzle, cocoa nibs, sprinkles, chopped up cookies, cereal, etc. Let your imagination run wild!
