Blueberry Dark Chocolate Yogurt Bark

This easy frozen yogurt bark is a winner! Not only is it tasty and customizable to your tastes but it's a healthy, refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • 3 tbsp Dark chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper (make sure the baking sheet will fit in your freezer!) Spread yogurt evenly across baking sheet. Sprinkle on blueberries and granola being sure to cover evenly. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave until liquid and then drizzle across surface. Place in freezer and chill until frozen through (approx. 3 hours) Remove from freezer and break into pieces. Enjoy as a delicious frozen treat!

Notes

  • Use full fat yogurt for the best texture (creamier) and taste. I used vanilla flavor but you could use your favorite flavor and experiment with combinations.
  • Don't skip lining the tray with parchment or waxed paper before making your bark. If you make it directly on the tray it will be very difficult to remove.
  • Store bark in an airtight container or zip loc bag in freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Use your favorite ingredients! Try a variety of fruits, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, honey, caramel drizzle, cocoa nibs, sprinkles, chopped up cookies, cereal, etc. Let your imagination run wild!
