While not TECHNICALLY popsicles, they’re frozen and on a stick so I’m including them. This is a great way to use extra fruit and who doesn’t like a frozen banana? Coated with yogurt and some “good stuff” it can pass as a healthy snack or even breakfast!
Push popsicle stick into half a banana. Dip in melted dark chocolate. While wet, add toppings of your choice. Freeze for 10 minutes or until desired firmness. Enjoy!!
Topping Ideas:

- Peanut butter drizzle
- Coconut flakes
- White chocolate
- Chopped Nuts
