The Best Party Dip: Crockpot Corn Dip Recipe

Crockpot Corn Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 block cream cheese cubed
- 1 lime half juiced, half cut into wedges
- Crackers or Chips
Optional:
- Pickled jalapeños – use more or less according to the spiciness you prefer
- Cilantro – or parsley
- Queso Fresco
Directions
Place the corn, Rotel, cheddar cheese and *cream cheese in the slow cooker. Turn on low for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Remove and sprinkle with cilantro, queso fresco, pickled jalapeños and a squeeze of lime. Serve with your choice of crackers and/or chips.
