How to Make Bunny Cinnamon Rolls
To form the bunny heads, just unwrap the roll and reshape to form “ears” as pictured. Be sure to press the end firmly to the “head” so they stay in place. Once baked according to package directions, glaze with the included glaze or try a delicious citrus glaze (see recipe below)!
Citrus Glaze
- 6 tablespoons butter melted, salted or unsalted
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup citrus juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 teaspoon citrus zest (finely grated, optional)
Directions
Simply mix all ingredients together until combined. Drizzle over cinnamon rolls (or cake, scones, muffins, sweet breads!) If desired, you can warm in microwave. To thin, add more juice, to thicken, add more powdered sugar.
Sprinkle with cute Easter themed sprinkles for extra color and fun!
