Peach Pie Yogurt Bowl – Simple and Delicious

My peach pie yogurt bowl is a delicious way to start the morning or treat yourself to a tasty snack. Cool greek yogurt is covered with peach crumble comprised of zesty ginger snaps and sweet brown sugar and honey with rolled oats for texture yielding a scrumptious bowl layered with goodness. The bonus? This recipe takes only a few minutes to put together!

Peach Pie Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4 peaches, sliced (mine were small)
  • Greek Yogurt ( I used vanilla)
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp oat flour
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • crushed ginger snaps (measure this with your heart)
  • drizzle of honey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients with melted butter and honey. On a greased cookie sheet, slice peaches and top with crumble mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes until peaches are soft. Allow mixture to cool and then spoon over Greek Yogurt. I used vanilla flavor.

There isn’t really a way to store this without the crumble topping getting soft. Use right away or cook the peaches separately from the crumble. The peaches can be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator while the crumble topping should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature until use if prepared this way.

Voila! A delicious and refreshing breakfast or snack without TOO much guilt. Though the crumble topping would be extra decadent spooned over vanilla ice cream. Try it for a mouthwatering dessert! Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp melted butter

  • 3-4 peaches sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt your choice of flavor, I used vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 350º. Slice peaches onto greased cookie sheet. Combine all crumble ingredients in bowl and then spoon over peaches. Bake 20-25 minutes until peaches are soft and crumble is golden brown. Allow to cool and spoon over Greek Yogurt.

Notes

You may substitute frozen peaches if you can’t find fresh. My peaches were on the smaller side.
Would also be delicious served over ice cream for dessert.
