Whether you’re just starting out with meal prep or have been doing it for a while, I highly recommend incorporating Stasher Bags into your routine. Weekly or twice-weekly food prep makes my busy mom life so much easier. I’m able to make better food choices for myself on-the-go when I’ve prepared ahead of time. Plus, it’s better for the earth than single-use plastic. Here are my favorite “stashers” and how best to use Stasher Bags for meal prep!

Use Stasher Bags to Store Freezer Meals

One of my fave meal prep tips is to use reusable silicon “stashers” from Stasher for meals you’re freezing! I use these bags for just about everything (not just food) but they’re especially great for prepping trail mix and smoothie mixes like I’ve done here. Plan a “freezer meal” day and use these instead of single-use plastic. Label with the contents/name/date using a dry-erase marker to wash away for its next use!
