How to Make a Grinch Mimosa Mocktail
Today we’re making a Grinch Mimosa Mocktail for Mocktail Monday! I know Mocktail Mondays have been missing for a few (several?) weeks but friends, life been crazy!! In addition to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season we FINALLY finished building our new home and moved in. Boy, that was a doozy.. anyway.. this non-alcoholic mocktail recipe is perfect for the holidays!! Its green Grinchy color is festive and the flavors are crisp and yummy!!

Grinch Mimosa Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Blue Curaçao syrup
- Orange juice
- Sparkling water (or champagne for a cocktail)
- Honey
- Red Sanding Sugar or Holiday Sprinkles
Directions:
Rim glasses by dipping rim in honey and then in sanding sugar or sprinkles. Add Blue Curaçao and juice to cocktail shaker and with a little ice and shake until mixed. Strain into glasses, top with sparkling water and garnish with a mini candy cane.
These Grinch inspired mocktails would be fun for holiday parties or perfect for Christmas brunch plus kids will love them and feel grown up having a drink just like the grown-ups. To make a real mimosa, just substitute the sparkling water for Champagne or sparkling wine. Yum!
