Almond coconut granola recipe:
1 cup rolled oats (We use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free oats)
1/2 sliced almonds
1/4 cup coconut chips (trader joes are amazing!)
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp apricot jam
Mix the oats, almonds and salt together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine oil, honey, and jam. Pour wet ingredients over the dry and mix well. Spread mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 10 mins.
Let cool and add coconut chips and hemp seeds.
