Spring Nail Ideas

While the majority of MY personal manicures feature Red Aspen products, you can certainly achieve these looks with nail polish or other press on nail products. Sometimes I opt for a single color manicure like this pretty monochrome look with the palest of aqua colors. I love this fresh color for spring and think its a great look for short nails too.

Much like the above manicure, the following manicure is also a single color. Classic white adds a clean look and goes with any outfit.

Mixed Manicure Ideas for Spring

I’ve got to say that my favorite manicure trend is the mixed manicure. I just LOVE mixing and matching my nail dashes to create new looks. Whether its sneaking in a cute print or mixing a variety of colors, the mixed mani look is trendy, popular a here to slay!

This Pastel Pop look get s a little kick with one darker nail. In addition, the navy nail has a matte finish which lends a little bit of texture difference from the shiny pastels.

The following two manicures show how you can use patterned nails in two ways. The Happy Face manicure on the left has pattern on all the nails for a whimsical and playful versions. The second photo features a mixed manicure where the happy face patterned nail serves as an accent nail mixed with solid nails. This is a great way to add a subtle “little something” AND to use leftover nails.

I love all the pink and blush tones in this next mixed manicure. It reminds me of a field full of spring flowers, and look how pretty it is against a white outfit.
