Peanut Butter Protein Balls with Mini M&Ms
Peanut butter protein balls are a great high-protein snack to snack on post-workout or mid-day when you need something to keep you going between meals.

- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 portion vanilla protein powder I used vanilla protein powder from

- 1/4 cup mini m&ms
Place peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, honey, and mini M&Ms into a medium bowl. Use a wooden spoon or hands to mix the dough together. At this point, begin to add water by the teaspoon.Depending on how liquid your peanut butter is, you may need to add water. Water will helps moisten things so your balls hold shape, it can also help your balls be less chalky if that is an issue.Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop dough into your palms. Roll into balls until all dough is gone. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
